About: I have 16 years' experience as a Lawyer and corporate executive for multinational private and public technology companies. I am a Partner in the Technology and Corporate Finance groups at Clark Wilson LLP, where I advise companies from start up through to exit. I have served in General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Development, Business Development, Investor Relations and Human Resources roles at Intrinsyc Software International, Datawire Communication Networks, Star Data Systems and Baycom. I have an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario), my Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University and my BA from McGill University. I am licensed to practice Law in British Columbia and Ontario. When I'm not doing the lawyer thing, you can find me at a hockey rink playing or coaching my son Trevor or at a soccer field cheering on my daughter Erin.
